Rapid Training Center was established in 2010 as a small training hub to help young people in the community to acquire the basic skills needed to care for their loved ones at home or in care facilities. We later became a state-approved institution in 2012 and expanded our curriculum to attract people from different age groups in healthcare or other works of life to master the skills to become certified as CNAs and HHAs. More recently, we have partnered with the American Heart Association through our certified instructors, to provide Basic Life Support (BLS) training in CPR/AED. To date, we have graduated over 3,000 certified students that are well rewarded in this ever-growing field.

We offer flexible learning options that includes in-person (weekends/ weekdays) and ONLINE, based on the selected course. In the next quarter of 2026, we will be offering online courses, on-demand materials, and live sessions (where applicable). You can learn at your own pace and schedule.
Our 3 in 1 program can be completed and certified in as little as 21 to 28 days. When broken down, CNA can be completed in 21 days, HHA - 2 days, and CPR in the same day with certification from the American Heart Association.
Great question! Although we do not currently have a job placement program, our reputation has earned us a major source of job referral. The performance of our graduates on the job keeps our phones ringing from our partners and institutions in search of potential graduates.
Additionally, we will help to craft your resume if you do not already have one and provide FREE recruitment tips after certification.
Currently, we do not offer any form of financial aid. However, we do offer a non-interest tuition payment plan, whether the student is self-sponsored or sponsored by their work place. We also offer corporate discounts to large number of institutional trainees.
